For the past two years, a community of New Zealand tonies families has come together to share advice, discoveries, troubleshooting tips, deals, recommendations and the little moments that make tonies special.
We are asking tonies ANZ to consider formally recognising the New Zealand tonies community, and to consider Abby De Leon as a community contact and representative who could help facilitate communication between tonies ANZ and New Zealand families. Any decision rests entirely with tonies ANZ.

The underlying request remains unchanged: we are asking tonies ANZ to recognise a New Zealand tonies community and consider supporting its continued development. For the past two years, a passionate community of New Zealand tonies families has come together to share advice, discoveries, troubleshooting tips, deals, recommendations and the little moments that make tonies special.
That community was nurtured by Abby, a long-time tonies parent and community leader who volunteered her time to help families connect, share information and get more out of their Tonieboxes.
During that time, Abby helped grow the community from fewer than 200 members to more than 3,300, while regularly answering questions, helping members troubleshoot issues and supporting families within the community.
Today, we believe that community deserves to be recognised.
For many families, a community group is more than somewhere to ask a question. It becomes the place you go when you're wondering:
Over the past two years, a large number of conversations, recommendations and shared experiences have helped New Zealand families navigate their tonies journey.
The community has grown because families value having a place where they can help one another.
We believe New Zealand families would benefit from having one central, recognised community space where information can be shared consistently and members know where to find community support.
This isn't simply about one person.
The community has been built through the contributions of thousands of families who have asked questions, shared experiences, helped other parents and recommended products to one another.
Abby has played a significant role in that community and has consistently volunteered her time to support its members.
The new community is independently created and run by Abby, with the aim of giving New Zealand families a welcoming place to connect, share information and support one another.
We are asking tonies ANZ to consider formally recognising the New Zealand tonies community, and to consider Abby as a community contact and representative who could help facilitate communication between tonies ANZ and New Zealand families. Any decision about recognition, and what form it may take, rests entirely with tonies ANZ.
It's about recognising what has already been built. We aren't asking tonies to get involved in past disagreements or community administration decisions. We're asking them to look at the community itself: the families, the engagement, the knowledge shared and the relationships that have developed over the past two years.

Who's behind this. The petition is run by Kiel with the moderator team of the tonies New Zealand community Facebook group, all New Zealand parents. The group is nominating Abby De Leon as its spokesperson to tonies ANZ. Questions go to toniesanznominations@gmail.com.
